Order Cancellation

We reserve the right to cancel any order without prior notice. Customers may cancel their order within 24 hours of placing it; after this period, cancellations will no longer be accepted. For cancellations made after the order has been handed over to the courier or picked up for shipping, a handling charge of ₹120 (Rupees One Hundred Twenty) will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be credited back to the customer’s account within 7–10 working days, depending on the financial institution’s processing time.

 

Non-Delivery Due to Customer Reasons

If a confirmed prepaid order is not delivered due to reasons attributable to the customer, such as refusal to accept, incorrect address, or unavailability, a handling charge of ₹120 (Rupees One Hundred Twenty) will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be credited back to the customer’s account within 7–10 working days, depending on the financial institution’s processing time.

 

Return and Refund Policy

We do not accept returns or provide refunds for items purchased through our website. However, if you receive a damaged product, you must initiate a replacement request within 7 days from the date of delivery. To qualify for a replacement, customers must provide clear video proof of unboxing the package, showing both the package condition and the damaged product. For printing-related damages, you must also initiate the replacement request within 7 days of delivery, after providing images of the printing-related damages. This process helps us accurately assess the issue and improve our services.

 

Replacement Process

Once your replacement request is approved, the replacement will be processed and shipped within 5–7 business days. If a replacement is not possible due to product unavailability, we will offer an alternative solution, such as store credit or a refund, at our discretion.
